Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Octowear.in — your trusted destination for premium unisex streetwear.
We aim to provide you with the best in quality and style, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.


1. Return Policy (5 Days)

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • It must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

If 5 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Accessories (e.g., caps, socks, jewelry)

  • Limited-edition or customized pieces


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at kartik.langde@genx24.com within 5 days of receiving your product.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return delivery.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us photos or a short video showing the issue along with your order details.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — as per your choice.


5. Refund Policy (10 Days)

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.

  • Shipping and COD (cash-on-delivery) charges are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you at your own cost.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or design, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at kartik.langde@genx24.com for assistance.
