1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of high demand or new collection drops, order processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once processed, your order will be delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Major metro cities usually receive orders within 4–5 days, while other regions may take up to 7 days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive periods.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount or on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check your real-time delivery status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes only.
We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatching a COD order.
Refusal or repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in suspension of future COD services for that customer.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure fast and secure deliveries across India.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure on-time deliveries, delays may occur due to:
Unforeseen weather conditions
Remote or restricted delivery locations
Courier network issues or national holidays
If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please reach out to our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
8. International Shipping
At present, Octowear.in ships only within India.
We’re working on enabling international deliveries soon — stay tuned for updates.
9. Order Issues or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Check with neighbors, guards, or reception if applicable.
Wait 24 hours — sometimes courier updates appear early.
If still not received, contact us at support@octowear.in within 48 hours of the status update, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
